Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician

$32–$55/hr base + commission | Tassio Temperature Control HVAC Senior Service Technician — Canoga Park, CA Tassio Temperature Control is looking for a skilled HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our team in Canoga Park. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, identifying issues and delivering effective solutions both residential and commercial. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Communicate clearly with customers about their HVAC needs and service options — and earn commission for the solutions you recommend Mentor and train junior technicians as a senior voice on the team, with a path toward a Lead Tech role Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred NATE certification preferred Minimum 5 years of professional HVAC service and repair experience, including recent hands-on residential service. Commercial-only, installation-only, property-maintenance-only, or classroom-only experience does not meet this requirement. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Valid California driver's license per company policy EPA certification a plus Minimum 5 years of professional HVAC service and repair experience, including recent hands-on residential service.
