About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the long-term growth and stability of its affiliate agencies. This executive-level position is focused on leadership succession planning, ownership development, executive recruitment, and strategic relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing future agency leaders and co-owners, ensuring that the agencies have the necessary talent and pathways to support future growth and continuity. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships include partnering with agency leaders to identify succession needs, supporting the development of perpetuation strategies, and building leadership pipelines. The role also involves sourcing, recruiting, and engaging high-performing candidates, as well as leading the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, with a proven track record in relationship management, business development, or consulting. Strategic thinking, executive presence, and a strong network within the industry are essential, as is the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. The role is critical in enhancing the long-term value of the affiliate agencies and contributing to their stability, growth, and profitability.
