If you just finished an auto body or collision repair program - or you’re early in your career and want to get really good - this is not a typical production role.

Get hands-on experience manufacturing modern classic vehicles by supporting paint and bodywork that directly affects the final quality of the product. What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning and contributing across the full paint and body process:

• Prep surfaces the right way - stripping, sanding, cleaning, and getting things truly ready for paint
• Repair and shape panels - filling, smoothing, and dialing in surfaces so they’re straight and clean
• Mask with precision - protecting what matters and setting up for clean, accurate paint lines
• Mix and match paint - learning how to hit color and finish the right way
• Spray and finish - developing control, consistency, and quality in real builds
• Inspect your own work - learning what “good” actually looks like and holding that line
• Work alongside experienced technicians who care about doing things right

You’ll be in a structured production environment, but the standard is craftsmanship, not shortcuts.

Details

• Full-time
• Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• Full benefits, including Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Company-Paid Holidays
