We are seeking a Construction Specialist to support Project Genesis by overseeing and monitoring Business Partner activities and ensuring construction-related tasks are completed and updated on time in P2 .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor Business Partner activities to ensure tasks are updated on time in P2.
• Coordinate aspects of construction activities, including materials, labor, and resource allocation planning .
• Provide technical advice and support to departments including Procurement, Design, and Construction .
• Monitor project cost estimates and evaluate change orders submitted by Business Partners.
• Review new jobs to ensure the task plan and scope of work are properly aligned.
• Support construction activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand Comcast Coax and Fiber design prints .
• Background in the cable industry .
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple construction activities.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Must have access to a reliable Internet Service Provider (ISP) .
• Must reside in MI, IN, or KY .
