Key Responsibilities Prepare Individual and Business Income Tax Returns Prepare Bank reconciliations (QuickBooks & Manually) Prepare Quarterly Payroll Reports Prepare Year-end related accounting entries Data entry related to bookkeeping into accounting software Knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation Tax Oriented Client Contact Ability to manage and work with strict deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly detail-oriented Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance (related field preferred) 1-5 years of experience in public accounting Proficiency in Lacerte, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and confident Strong work ethics
