Quality, Safety & Regulatory Analyst (RN Required)

Overview Seeking a clinically experienced, systems-focused Registered Nurse leader to serve as the Lead Quality, Safety & Regulatory Analyst supporting the Cancer Service Line. Responsibilities Promote a high-reliability culture, lead accreditation readiness (e.g., Joint Commission, CoC, QOPI), and advance oncology quality programs through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with physician leaders. Oversee patient safety events, root cause analyses, medication and chemotherapy safety, and contribute to system-level safety and quality initiatives. Qualifications Active RN license, a master's degree in nursing or related healthcare field, at least 3 years of oncology leadership experience, and ONS certification. Preferred skills encompass oncology accreditation experience, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance expertise.
