Registered Nurse (RN) Radiology Full Time Day

Job Title Registered Nurse – Radiology (RN) Location Jersey City Medical Center, Jersey City, New Jersey Pay Range $46.47 – $64.93 per hour Job Overview Since 1882, Jersey City Medical Center provides advanced medical treatment and has received numerous accolades for safety and quality. This RN position will support the Radiology department by delivering patient care, collaborating with medical staff, and adhering to the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Required: ADN, strong communication and organizational skills, proficient computer skills, excellent customer service skills Preferred: BSN, interventional radiology experience, critical care experience Certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association, active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement, ACLS, vascular access certification Scheduling Requirements Day shift, 40 hours per week Full time; Monday–Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation On‑call requirement Essential Functions The RN will provide quality nursing care in collaboration with medical staff, implementing hospital policies, and managing clinical quality outcomes. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing clinical pathways, monitoring patient outcomes, providing age‑specific care, maintaining documentation and reports, and serving as a mentor to staff in the Interventional Radiology Department. Other Duties Administer patient care for diagnostic and interventional procedures, use assessment techniques, document responses to procedures when needed, and participate in quality improvement activities.
