Facility Services Assistant

Job TitleJob DescriptionHelpClassify emergency service orders (SO) and Individual Job Orders (IJOs) utilizing the Facilities and Equipment Maintenance System (FEMS) to prevent critical system failures and ensure rapid technical response.Execute the full life cycle of Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) acceptances to support utilities, contracted services, and construction projects.Document the receipt of materials and services to verify compliance with shop operations and meet company payment obligations.Create reports from operational data retrieved from automated sources to provide leadership with insights on facility upkeep and fund utilization.
