Cambridge Real Estate Services seeks a Compliance Specialist to evaluate and monitor properties for adherence to affordable housing programs. This in-office role is 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. You will ensure HUD and tax credit files are compliant, coordinate with government agencies, and train Property Managers on regulatory requirements while staying current on regional rules.
