Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring adequate support and guidance tailored to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on serving adult clients with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity needs, allowing our counselors to focus on delivering high-quality mental health support.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. Licensure must include one of the following:

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their personal wellness needs.
