HR and Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary Old Orchard Nursing and Respiratory Center, a leading provider of post‑acute respiratory and skilled nursing services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. Responsibilities Run new hire orientation sessions and complete onboarding paperwork. Maintain employee files to state and federal standards, including I‑9, licensure, and required health records. Process biweekly payroll accurately, including new hires, terminations, and rate changes. Track and verify timekeeping, PTO accruals, and overtime. Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and deductions. Required Qualifications High school diploma required, associate or bachelor degree preferred. Two or more years of HR or payroll experience, healthcare or long‑term care preferred. Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
