Established Local bookkeeping company in Sylvania Ohio is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a part‑time to possible full‑time position in our small business with a comfortable work environment. Competitive pay and Simple IRA offered. Required/Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Quick‑Books – online and desktop versions. Knowledge of general accounting procedures. Detail oriented and organized. Ability to take direction and work in a team environment as well as independently. Ability to maintain confidential client information. Able to work 24 - 32 Hours per week to start. Complete a background check and provide references. Functions Include: General bookkeeping for various companies. Enter bills, checks and payroll. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Process and pay CAT and Sales Tax. Prepare journal entries as needed. Assist other team members with projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
