Associate Attorney

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job description:

Rosensteel Fleishman, PLLC is looking for an associate attorney to join our growing firm. 2 years’ experience in handling personal injury cases as well as courtroom experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
• Admission in good standing with the NC or SC State Bar.
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
• Ability to multi-task
• Prior experience with Needles Case Management Software is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

· Client intake and screening

· Oversee the paralegal assigned to the case

· Handle property damage

· Review medical records and draft demands

· Negotiate claims and communicate with the clients

· Handling all aspects of litigation from filing the Complaint through the trial.
