Permanent Associate Attorney (Creditor Rights) Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year Job Details Our client is a nationally recognized creditors' rights and default servicing law firm with over 50 years of industry experience. This position is for a Permanent Associate Attorney focused on creditor rights with no billables. Responsibilities Represent the organization in all legal matters related to creditor rights. Provide legal advice and guidance on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement strategies to safeguard the organization's legal and financial interests. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to the mortgage industry and creditor rights. Provide training and guidance to other team members on legal matters related to creditor rights. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on creditor rights. Experience in foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in legal research and writing. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Knowledge of the mortgage industry and its laws and regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
