Registered Nurse - Special Procedures

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Special Procedures team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (07:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
• Various shift options: 06:30 AM, 07:15 AM, or 08:00 AM; 10-hour shifts
• Weekends and holidays off, except for on-call requirements
• Must be available for on-call duty 2-3 shifts per month

Holiday Expectations

The candidate must work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty
• Valid AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required; PALS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for nursing preparation and recovery in various imaging modalities, including:

• Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Computed Tomography (CT)
• Ultrasound (US)
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
• Nuclear Medicine (NM)
• Fluoroscopy (Flouro)
