Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Lead BCBA- Westland, Detroit, and Chesterfield, MI
Job Type: Full-Time preferred; Part-Time may be consideredSchedule: Monday-Friday, flexible scheduling
Openings: Multiple positions available
Clinicians Hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Lead BCBAs to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. The ideal candidates will develop individualized treatment plans, support families, supervise clinical staff, and promote positive client outcomes in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
BCBA:
· Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral patterns.
· Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
· Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
· Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
· Follow ethical, trauma-informed, and assent-based clinical practices.
· Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and treatment planning.
Lead BCBA:
· Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs.
· Supervise clinical staff and maintain high standards of ABA service delivery.
· Support staff onboarding, training, and professional development.
· Assist with scheduling and clinical operations.
· Ensure compliance with organizational standards and BACB guidelines.
· Participate in performance improvement and clinical quality initiatives.
Qualifications
BCBA:
· Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
· Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or willingness to obtain one.
· Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services.
Lead BCBA:
· Current BCBA certification.
· Active Michigan LBA license or willingness to obtain one.
· At least one year of BCBA experience supervising clinical staff.
· Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision training.
· Demonstrated clinical leadership and supervisory abilities.
