What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based programming decisions
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and BACB compliance
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality clinical care and positive outcomes for children and families
