You will be responsible for representing and advising our clients in civil litigation matters, including conducting depositions, preparing and presenting cases, and providing legal advice. Conduct depositions and gather all necessary information for the case. Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases. Provide legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations. Negotiate settlements to resolve civil disputes in the best interest of clients. Keep up-to-date with the latest legal developments and changes. Collaborate with legal staff and share expertise and knowledge with the team. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Defense Attorney. Member in good standing with the state bar. Proven experience conducting depositions and handling civil defense cases. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and disputes effectively. Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
