Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant to lead operations and patient care in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. In this role, you will balance hands‑on treatment with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily clinic workflow, staff scheduling, and patient experience. You’ll deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions as a licensed PTA, support therapists and front-desk team members, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. As a key clinical leader, you’ll monitor outcomes, drive quality improvement, and foster a collaborative, patient‑first culture.
