Associate Procurement Manager

Associate Procurement Manager Position in Ocean Spray’s cooperatively owned organization. Hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, with Mondays and Fridays remote. Responsibilities Assist in building strategies for assigned categories to support improvements in cost effectiveness and supplier service levels and quality while focusing on mitigating risk. Execute category sourcing strategies including RFIs and RFPs, develop selection criteria and drive optimal supplier selections in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Conduct supplier negotiations and contracting, and coordinate with stakeholders on program implementation and ongoing supplier management. Research and provide information on category trends and best practices. Actively seek opportunities to streamline business processes. Required Qualifications Manufacturing‑related experience (consumer/food/beverage preferred). Contract negotiation/contract development and review experience. Experience with ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and S2P system (e.g., Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa). Strategic sourcing and supplier relationship experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education Bachelor’s or University Degree (Required). Experience At least 3 Years of Experience.
