THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOININGJoin an enterprise analytics function supporting a large, operationally complex organization with a significant national fleet.Partner with leaders across fleet, operations, supply chain, finance, data engineering, and other business functions.Help strengthen how operational data is translated into business decisions.Enter as a hands-on analytics leader with the opportunity to shape the function as it grows.LOCATIONBased in South Charlotte.Regular onsite presence is expected.WHAT THEY OFFER YOUSignificant ownership over operational reporting, analytics strategy, KPI development, and the reporting roadmap.The opportunity to work with large, complex datasets using Databricks, Power BI, Python, R, and SQL.Direct exposure to senior operational and cross-functional leaders.The ability to influence highly visible business initiatives and operational decisions.A clear path from an individual contributor role into a player-coach and people leadership position.WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANTHelp move the organization beyond traditional reporting toward insights that directly influence decisions.Identify trends, inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities across fleet and operational performance.Establish scalable KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and communication standards.Turn ambiguous business questions into clear analysis, recommendations, and actions.Improve transparency, measurability, and performance across the organization.Build the foundation for a scalable enterprise analytics team.THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or insights-focused roles.Experience delivering analysis that influenced decisions and produced measurable business outcomes.Exposure to fleet, logistics, transportation, supply chain, field operations, or similarly complex environments.Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization design.Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, R, and large, complex datasets.Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, data storytelling, curiosity, and an interest in future leadership. #LI-IP1Reference: 69526
