THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOININGJoin a large, established national organization continuing to invest heavily in its data and analytics capabilities.Partner closely with Finance leadership across FP&A, Accounting, and Operations Finance.Work at the intersection of Finance, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Governance.Join a team focused on moving analytics beyond traditional reporting toward stronger business partnership, insight, and decision support.WHAT THEY OFFER YOUA highly visible opportunity to partner directly with Director and VP-level leaders across Finance and the broader organization.The ability to play a meaningful role in a larger Finance reporting and analytics transformation.Exposure to modern analytics tools and platforms including Power BI and Databricks.An opportunity to combine business partnership, analytics, technology, and strategic problem solving rather than operating strictly as a reporting resource.A platform to help shape how analytics initiatives are prioritized, delivered, and adopted across the business.WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANTServe as a trusted analytics partner to Finance, translating business challenges into actionable analytics initiatives.Lead analytics use cases from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and measurement of business impact.Help modernize Finance reporting, standardize KPIs, improve self-service capabilities, and reduce manual processes.Connect business stakeholders with Analytics, Engineering, and Governance teams to ensure solutions are both technically scalable and valuable to the business.Deliver deeper insights around forecasting, financial performance, variances, trends, root causes, and scenario analysis.THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS6 to 10 years of experience across analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or finance analytics.Experience directly supporting Finance organizations including FP&A, Accounting, or Operations Finance.Strong Power BI experience with the ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.Technical proficiency with SQL and experience utilizing Python and/or R for statistical and advanced analytics.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across both business and technical teams.Exposure to Databricks, modern data architectures, data governance, KPI standardization, forecasting, anomaly detection, or reporting transformation would be highly valuable. #LI-HF1Reference: 69915
