Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to become part of our expanding Heart & Vascular Institute located in southeastern New Jersey. This role presents a hybrid inpatient/outpatient opportunity within a dynamic, high-volume cardiac program, backed by a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.

Opportunity Highlights

• Hybrid model: 1 week of inpatient care followed by 3 weeks of outpatient practice.

• Call schedule: 1:4 inpatient call along with weekend coverage.

• Outpatient practice: Available across 7 regional clinic locations.

• Robust subspecialty support: Includes interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, heart failure, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, and interventional pulmonary.

• High-volume cardiac program: Equipped with advanced imaging and diagnostic tools.

• Dedicated support: Inpatient and outpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are available.

• Innovative technology: AI-assisted documentation and remote reading capabilities enhance workflow.

Academic & Growth Environment

• Active Cardiology Fellowship program: Engage in a vibrant learning atmosphere.

• Teaching opportunities: Collaborate with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents.

• Medical School affiliation: Currently in development to enhance educational offerings.

Inpatient / Hospital Settings

• Two hospital campuses: Featuring closed ICUs and consult-based cardiology services.

• Busy STEMI and cath lab program: Approximately 3,000 cath lab cases performed annually at the main site.

Ideal Candidate

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.

• Proficient in non-invasive imaging techniques, with a preference for echocardiography and nuclear imaging.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.

• Passionate about academic medicine and teaching.
