Service Assistant

Miller Union is seeking a Service Assistant to join our front-of-house team.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and hospitality-minded individual who enjoys working as part of a team in a professional restaurant environment. The Service Assistant plays an important role in keeping service running smoothly and helping us provide the thoughtful, attentive hospitality our guests expect.

• Assist servers and other service staff throughout the dining experience
• Clear and bus tables efficiently and discreetly
• Reset and prepare tables for incoming guests
• Polish and maintain glassware, flatware, and other service items
• Pour and maintain water service for guests
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Communicate with servers, managers, and other team members to anticipate the needs of the dining room
• Assist with opening, closing, and general dining room duties
• Maintain Miller Union's standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality
