Practice Info Medical Director role overseeing multiple locations Low patient census with maximum 750 patient panel 80% clinical, 20% administrative duties Compensation $250,000 - $330,000 annual Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay Shift & Schedule Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule 4 days in office, 1 day work from home Call only 2 times monthly, 4 weekends per year Requirements Board certification required Massachusetts license required Value-based care experience with geriatrics focus preferred
