Director of Philanthropy

The client is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to lead and advance fundraising strategy and growth efforts. In this role, you will help strengthen donor relationships, expand philanthropic support, and ensure fundraising activities align with organizational priorities. You will oversee the planning and execution of philanthropy initiatives, coordinate with internal stakeholders to support major giving and related programs, and contribute to donor engagement and retention strategies. The role typically involves managing day-to-day fundraising activities, tracking progress toward goals, and supporting a culture focused on stewardship and impact. Qualified candidates will have experience in philanthropy or fundraising leadership, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive development initiatives.
