Construction Project Manager (Full-time)

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with experience leading construction and renovation projects; who has an eye for compliance, budgeting, and staff supervision. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture required; Three years construction or project management experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity Manage assigned construction, renovation, remodel and retrofit projects; conduct physical site inspections and prepare analysis of physical conditions; research issues including site conditions, relocation issues, accessibility and others. Coordinate and supervise the management of construction projects including means and methods, material specifications, drawings, schedules and estimates.
