Healthcare Business Development Manager

Role Healthcare Business Development Manager responsible for strategic acquisition and expanding market presence in high-density metro areas. Responsibilities Identify and secure new healthcare business, focusing on long-term partnerships with small to medium-sized medical facilities. Lead end-to-end sales processes, manage pipelines, and establish multi-year Product Sales Agreements (PSAs). Build consultative relationships, understand customer needs, and map key stakeholders. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to drive growth initiatives and account development. Maintain active Salesforce funnel, provide territory performance updates, and achieve sales targets. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience. Proven success in new customer relationship building and solution-oriented partnerships. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience navigating Salesforce and structured sales models. Reliable transportation and ability to travel regionally.
