Chef Manager

Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for a healthcare account overseeing food, housekeeping and linen distribution.

Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center is comprised of a main hospital with 200-beds, Women's and Children's Hospital with 110 beds plus 50 NICU beds and a Heart Hospital with 30 beds located in Lafayette, LA . Lourdes is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, which is the largest locally owned, not-for-profit health system in Louisiana.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor all HACCP and Sanitation processes and Ecosure Readiness
• Manager of the FMS food platform
• Provides direction for all culinary employees to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.
• Directs daily operations of retail and patient culinary services at units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.
• Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
