Processing Specialist II In this role, you will perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions, focusing on daily reject decisioning and processing tasks. You will work with high-speed mail extraction and scanning equipment, including the OPEX 150, handling medium to high complexity client instructions. This opportunity allows you to demonstrate your skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting operational accuracy and efficiency. The position offers a schedule of 6 am to 2:30 pm on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Mondays and Saturdays off. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails with general knowledge of operations. Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making. Header batched items with control documents and processing header. Perform high-speed mail extraction and scanning on moderate to complex client handling using OPEX 150 equipment. Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning according to client instructions. Maintain accuracy and productivity in accordance with department standards. Assist with training when needed. REQUIREMENTS 1 year of related experience mail sorting QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent. Computer skills. Ability to read and make decisions. Ability to work well independently and with others on work for all clients. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Able to stand for long periods of time. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves. Must meet established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy.
