Document Processing Specialist II Position performs complex sorting and decisioning of documents including non-standard or rejected transactions. The focus of the position is to perform the day to day functions of document reject decisioning/processing. The best fit is someone with print production or mailroom background. Operator needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently to run our low-speed equipment. LOCATION: Monterey Park, CA 91754 POSITION: Contract SCHEDULE: 5:00am to 1:30 pm (Sun, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri) (Days off Monday and Saturday) PAY RATE: $17.50 hour Responsibilities: Rejects - Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and processing audit trails with general knowledge of operations. Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision-making. Header batched items with control documents and processing header. High Speed Mail Extraction & Scanning Perform extraction and scanning on high speed and moderate to complex client handling using OPEX 150. Processing medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning. Complexity is defined by client processing instructions. Process work accurately and maintain performance output in accordance with department standards. Assist with training when needed. Requirements: 1 year of experience Document processing or data entries High School Diploma or GED Qualifications: Computer skills Able to read and make decisions Able to work well independently and with others on work for all clients Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Team player with good interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves Must meet the Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
