We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions.Position Responsibilities:Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product qualityMonitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needsInvestigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigateConducts staffing and cost analysesCoordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementationRepresents manufacturing on production related issuesEstablishing and maintaining production schedulesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 2nd shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000 Millennium is DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
