Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This contract position offers an opportunity to work with critically ill neonates in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and clinical data using advanced equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate family members on neonatal care and provide emotional support.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience.
• Proficient in using Medfusion pumps, Alaris, Giraffe Isolette, and GE monitors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; first-time traveler experience preferred.
