PRN Sonographer

Role: A Registered Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment across various locations. This PRN position involves independently conducting exams, ensuring equipment functionality, and documenting procedures. The role may include on-call and portable exams, covering areas such as abdominal, obstetrical, small parts, and vascular imaging. Qualifications: Requires an Associate or Trade School education, RDMS certification, and no prior experience required. Preferred qualifications include less than 2 years of experience, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and RDCS certification. Key Responsibilities Ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment Perform imaging studies independently Document procedures accurately Perform portable, on-call, and site-specific exams as needed Skills: Proficiency in ultrasound imaging, equipment maintenance, documentation, and the ability to perform various types of exams, including vascular and needle procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
