Physical Therapist Assistant – Full-Time (Inpatient & Home Health)

Responsibilities:

• Implement prescribed physical therapy treatment plans in the inpatient setting
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients on safety, proper movement, and home exercise programs
• Maintain timely and compliant patient records
• Assist with patient care in home health visits as assigned
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Experience in inpatient or clinical settings preferred
• Ability and willingness to perform occasional home health visits
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
