About the Role EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a PMHNP to support residents in long-term and residential care settings. We partner with facilities to provide consistent, evidence-based mental health services that improve outcomes and quality of life. Core Values Help First Embrace Change Have Fun, Get Stuff Done Built on Trust Positive Impact Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy Develop treatment plans and collaborate with care teams and families Document care accurately in EHR Participate in interdisciplinary coordination Compensation Model Visit-based reimbursement or W2 hourly position, including: Initial evaluations (90792, 99345) Follow-up care (99214, 99215) Psychotherapy with medication (90833) Crisis/extended services (as applicable) Qualifications Active PMHNP or PMHCNS license Idaho licensure Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-starter with ability to work independently EHR proficiency Why Join Us?
