Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring an LPN for full‑time or part‑time positions. Available Shifts: 8 hour shifts: 7 AM‑3 PM, 3 PM‑11 PM, 11 PM‑7 AM 12 hour shifts: 7 AM‑7 PM and 7 PM‑7 AM Pay Rate: $32–$37 per hour, depending on experience. Program Details: If you opt for the No Frills program (no benefits), you’ll earn an additional $3 per hour. Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC). Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Virginia. Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
