St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a skilled Daytime Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join its Pulmonary & Critical Care team in Lynwood, California. This role offers the opportunity to manage critically ill patients in a collaborative ICU setting with strong physician support and hands-on procedural development.

What You'll Do

• Provide daytime ICU patient management and rounding

• Respond to rapid response calls and provide code coverage

• Perform procedures including central lines and intubations (training provided as needed)

• Collaborate with attending physicians and a multidisciplinary critical care team

• Participate in continued clinical training and professional development

  
  

What We're Looking For

• Board-Certified ACNP-BC or AGACNP-BC

• Active California NP and DEA licenses (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient NP experience (ICU or hospitalist preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment, procedural interest, and commitment to patient-centered care
