Full-Time Healthcare Account Executive
We're hiring a Full-Time Healthcare Account Executive to help expand Clipboard's full-time hiring product with healthcare facilities.
This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on new logo acquisition, territory development, and customer adoption. You'll spend most of your time meeting healthcare leaders in person, building relationships, and helping facilities adopt a faster, more reliable hiring solution.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners
- Drive new logo acquisition and territory expansion
- Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits
- Educate customers on a new hiring model and guide adoption
- Develop a deep understanding of local healthcare hiring needs
- Maintain clear pipeline management and CRM tracking
- Share concise updates on pipeline progress and market insights
- Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting customers
