Senior UX Designer, Google Ads, AdMob

Lead and own the design outlook for medium and complex product areas, establishing and evolving the patterns, frameworks, and standards that enable the design team to scale effectively.Drive design strategy and alignment across multiple teams and functions and influence product roadmaps.Act as a core partner to the project stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, and Research, translating user needs and business goals into a cohesive product outlook.Articulate a compelling product outlook through a range of artifacts, including storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, to effectively gain buy-in and communicate user flows and interaction models.Advocate for user-centered design methodologies, defining and leading research and usability efforts to ensure product solutions are validated, accessible, and meet a high standard of quality.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
