This is a hands-on growth marketing role focused on building scalable organic acquisition and content systems. You will combine SEO, social media, content creation, analytics, and AI-powered workflows to increase visibility and measurable business growth. The role is highly execution-oriented, with responsibility for turning ideas and strategies into campaigns, content, and repeatable marketing processes. You will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders across websites, social channels, content platforms, and marketing operations. AI will be an important part of your toolkit, helping accelerate research, content production, optimization, automation, and experimentation. Success will be measured through organic traffic, search visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant channels.
• Create, manage, and distribute blog articles, social media content, PR materials, and other marketing assets.
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats to maximize reach, engagement, and content efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers to develop compelling visual assets using Canva and similar tools.
• Manage content publishing and scheduling through platforms such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or equivalent solutions.
• Monitor social media and content performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize execution.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, and similar platforms to accelerate research, ideation, writing, analysis, repurposing, and workflow automation.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and build repeatable AI-assisted marketing workflows that improve productivity while maintaining content quality.
• Develop and execute SEO initiatives focused on organic traffic, search visibility, keyword rankings, and sustainable acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and search opportunity mapping.
• Support backlink acquisition initiatives and collaborate with content and technical teams on SEO improvements.
• Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console to monitor and improve organic performance.
• Coordinate website and content initiatives involving Astro, headless WordPress, landing pages, and scalable publishing infrastructure.
• Work with developers to improve website performance, technical SEO, content infrastructure, and campaign-related updates.
• Support email marketing, Google Ads, revenue operations, and broader marketing initiatives when required.
• Track performance through HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain marketing reports covering campaign performance, organic growth, and key business metrics.
• Coordinate projects across marketing, design, and development teams using tools such as Slack, Asana, and similar platforms.
• Support quarterly marketing and stakeholder reporting while ensuring campaigns are properly tracked, measured, and optimized.

Requirements:

• Hands-on professional experience executing growth marketing, digital marketing, or organic acquisition initiatives.
• Strong experience managing organic social media strategies and content across major platforms.
• Proven ability to create, manage, repurpose, and optimize marketing content across multiple channels.
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, or comparable tools.
• Experience with content and social media tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content optimization, organic growth, and search visibility.
• Experience with backlink acquisition and content-driven SEO programs is highly valued.
• Strong project coordination and marketing operations capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into concrete marketing actions.
• Highly organized, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experimentation mindset and willingness to continuously test new tools, channels, processes, and growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with startups, high-growth digital businesses, Astro, headless WordPress, or AI-powered marketing automation is a plus.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional marketing teams is preferred.
