You know what a well-structured Google Ads account looks like because you've built one. You know what a broken Meta attribution setup looks like because you've fixed one.You're also genuinely excited about what AI tools are doing to this job right now. You've used them to move faster, test more, and do work that used to take a week in a day. That's not a line on your resume - it's actually how you work.This is a lean team. You'll drive impact directly, with ownership of HomeLight's paid channels.What You’ll Do You'll own paid search and paid social for HomeLight - two channels that matter a lot to the business. That means running the campaigns yourself, being accountable for the numbers, and working closely with our data and product teams to ensure we're measuring correctly.Day to day, that looks like: building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (search, Performance Max, remarketing), managing Meta across Facebook and Instagram, running a real testing program with creative and audience experiments, and staying on top of CAC and ROAS with enough fluency to explain what's moving and why.You'll also be the person who brings AI into the workflow in practical ways.
