HR Manager Job Description and Competencies The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives to include but not limited to recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. He/she works with business leaders to provide human resources execution in these functional areas. This role will build strong relationships with our Temp Right Service managers in order to help them with their human resources needs.

- Conduct recruitment efforts utilizing partnerships and programs
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Analyze internal and external compensation data/trends and perform pay for performance reviews with managers to ensure market competitiveness and position equity.
- Guide and coach supervisors and provide corporate process integrity for the Company's performance management system: i.e., performance appraisals, individual development plans, personal improvement plans, and progressive discipline.
- Lead, respond to, investigate, and recommend resolution of employee issues and complaints.
- Perform exit interviews and stay interviews, semi-annual focus groups, semi-annual employe engagement survey, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Provide guidance to managers, and employees in the navigation of FMLA, ADA, and other leave or accommodation situations.
- Lead the business design and execution of the Company's on-boarding program.
- Assist in the development and execution of the Company's wellness program.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
