The Senior Clinical TA Specialist is a senior individual-contributor recruiter who owns full-cycle recruiting for BCBA-credentialed positions across the organization - including BCBAs, Clinical Directors, Assessment Specialists, Clinical Quality roles, and other BCBA-level positions as identified.

This role serves as the team’s subject-matter expert on behavior-analytic talent and licensure requirements, manages a personal caseload of high-touch clinical searches from intake through signed offer, and provides informal guidance and best-practice coaching to other recruiters sourcing BCBA-credentialed talent. The role partners closely with clinical leadership and hiring managers and reports to the TA Manager.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for BCBA-credentialed positions across the organization, including BCBAs, Clinical Directors, Assessment Specialists, Clinical Quality roles, and other BCBA-level positions as identified.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on BCBA/clinical leadership recruiting, staying current on licensure requirements, compensation benchmarking, and market trends for behavior-analytic talent.
• Source passive and active candidates through targeted outreach, professional associations and credentialing bodies (e.g., BACB, ABAI), conferences, and referral networks specific to BCBA-credentialed talent.
• Partner with clinical leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate must-have competencies, and manage a high-touch candidate experience for senior clinical searches.
• Manage a personal caseload of open BCBA-level requisitions from intake through signed offer, ensuring accurate and timely data in the ATS/HRIS (Paylocity) throughout.
• Provide guidance and best-practice coaching to other recruiters on sourcing, screening, and closing BCBA-credentialed talent; this is a lead/mentorship function without formal supervisory authority.
• Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and signed-offer metrics for the BCBA/clinical leadership requisition pool.
• Escalate stalled or at-risk searches to the TA Manager with recommended action plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational hiring standards throughout the recruiting process.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on clinical, behavioral health, or other licensed/credentialed positions.
• Direct experience recruiting BCBAs or other ABA-related clinical roles strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of BCBA/BACB credentialing requirements and the ABA talent market.
• Proven ability to independently source, engage, and close passive candidates for hard-to-fill, senior-level, or highly specialized clinical roles.
• Strong relationship-building and consultation skills, with the ability to effectively partner with senior clinical leaders and hiring managers.
• Ability to serve as a resource and mentor to recruiting team members without formal supervisory responsibility.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, such as Paylocity.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location & Travel:

This is a remote role available to candidates located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

Periodic travel is required. Team members must be able to visit one of our Early Intervention Centers within their first 90 days of employment and attend in-person meetings or events up to two times per year thereafter.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
