Our practice handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes arising from corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, employment issues, and insurance coverage.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, exposure to sophisticated legal issues, meaningful client interaction, and a clear path for professional growth.Why Join Us?Work on complex, high-value business disputes across a variety of industries.Gain direct exposure to clients, partners, and decision-makers.Handle matters from inception through resolution.Participate in strategy development, depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, M&A, real estate, employment, and insurance practices.Join a team that values mentorship, professional growth, and entrepreneurial thinking.Build your litigation skillset while developing industry expertise and business acumen.Enjoy a supportive, collaborative culture with opportunities for long-term advancement.What You'll DoAs a key member of our litigation team, you will:Manage a variety of business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.Develop litigation strategies and partner with clients to achieve practical business-focused outcomes.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other substantive legal documents.Conduct legal and factual research and prepare persuasive analyses to support litigation strategy and client counseling.Oversee discovery efforts, including e-discovery, document review, depositions, subpoena enforcement, and case management.Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and case materials for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Advise clients on disputes involving corporate transactions, M&A, real estate, employment, and insurance coverage matters.Evaluate litigation risk, settlement opportunities, and potential exposure while providing strategic recommendations.Work closely with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active bar admission or eligibility for admission in the applicable jurisdiction.3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience handling business, commercial, or corporate litigation matters.Exposure to disputes involving M&A, corporate governance, real estate, employment, or insurance coverage issues.Deposition, mediation, arbitration, or trial experience.Familiarity with state and federal court litigation.Experience using litigation technology and e-discovery platforms.Interest in mentorship, leadership, and long-term practice development.The Ideal CandidateYou're a motivated litigator who enjoys solving complex legal problems and partnering with clients to achieve strategic business objectives.
