Director, US ELREXFIO - P2P and Field Engagement Strategy Lead

Pfizer seeks a Director to lead peer-to-peer engagement and field strategy for ELREXFIO, a hematologic oncology medicine. The role oversees speaker programs, clinical resources, KOL strategy, and sales adoption across multiple channels, requiring cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute peer-to-peer content strategy including speaker programs, product theaters, and educational initiatives
- Lead KOL and speaker program evolution, advisory boards, and integrate P2P strategies into promotional plans
- Manage field adoption of clinical resources and regional HCP engagement strategies
- Oversee congress strategy, asset development, and Sales forums to drive clinical adoption
- Plan budgets, track KPIs, and manage external agency partners for program delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years pharmaceutical marketing or US commercial experience
- Project management expertise with ability to prioritize competing business needs
- Experience managing external agencies, budgets, and project timelines
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to influence peers, develop colleagues, and work effectively in matrix teams
- High learning agility and business acumen
