Solution Clerk

Are you detail oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion?

As the Solutions Clerk in the Recovery Solutions Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recovery efforts of the organization. You are responsible for processing documentation, maintaining accurate records, assisting with member communications, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and associates.
• Process and maintain accurate records related to recovery and collection activities.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and reports as needed.
• Assist in the coordination and tracking of member payment arrangements and account resolutions.
• Assist the collection officers by retrieving files and completing paperwork as requested so delinquent accounts can be brought to current status.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all collection and recovery activity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit union policy, and all relevant regulations.
• Identify and inform management of potential underwriting problems.
• Support the Recovery Solutions team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical files.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Education : High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Skills :
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with members and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance, with the ability to assist members with related inquiries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
