Lead Receptionist Crosstown Landing, a part of the Silvercrest Community, is hiring a Lead Receptionist for our newest community. You'll embody exceptional customer service and uphold our standards of excellence. Administrative tasks, handle phone calls, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Serve as a liaison between residents, guests, and staff, and ensure positive interactions with our community. What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred. 1-2 years of experience in Office Operations, Office Equipment, Customer Service. Experience with Microsoft Office Systems (Excel/Word) and printing/copying/scanning Must be able to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a highly visible role.
