Position Our fast‑paced sales office is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Baker City, Oregon team. If you are an experienced sales leader with a background in the copier, printing, or office technology industry, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is driven, goal‑oriented, and passionate about developing sales professionals and building a successful team. Essential Job Duties Understand our products and provide the best technology solutions to meet client needs. Manage, coach, and develop a growing sales team. Coach sales representatives and help them reach their full potential. Establish and maintain performance standards and sales goals for the team. Manage branch P&L and overall profitability. Monitor and manage accounts receivable for the branch. Lead and manage the hiring process for sales positions. Partner with operations and administrative teams to ensure branch needs are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Drive branch sales growth and overall business development. Qualifications Proven ability to succeed as both a sales professional and leader in a quota-driven environment. Experience managing an outside sales team. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5–6 years of professional sales management experience. Previous sales experience in the copier, office technology, or printing industry strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
