Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position, running from August 31st through December 18th, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant, early childhood educational environment near Kent, WA. You'll provide on-site services for an engaging caseload of approximately 45 preschool children, collaborating closely with educators and families to promote effective communication and language development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Washington State
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood speech and language development
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable providing on-site services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for preschool students
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and carryover of therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and training to caregivers and educators to foster communication in various settings
